Works in Progress

I also have six manuscripts in various states of completion – three more or less completed, two others substantially written and a third one plotted. The books are part of the Akrad’s Legacy series so I’m sending the first one off to various publishers (I’ll keep you posted on progress).

Akrad’s Legacy Trilogy

Akrad’s Children

In the first book Akrad’s Children – three young lives are bound together in friendship, love, rivalry and tragedy: two orphaned refugees, a brother and a sister, seeking a new life and a privileged prince striving to earn the approval of his father. Despite the defeat of the alchemist Akrad at the Battle of North Pass, the repeated attacks of a hidden assassin places the lives of the prince, his friends and his father in increasing danger. Will the assassin be uncovered before someone dies?  More about Akrad’s Children

Rasel’s Song

The second book Rasel’s Song continues the story – The palace is in chaos and the succession is in doubt when the prince refuses to choose a partner from among the suitable young women his mother presents to him. Further chaos ensues when a mysterious young woman [Rasel] braves the palace of her people’s greatest enemies after falling in love with the young prince. A new assassin emerges and danger continues to stalk the royal family. The fate of the land may depend on the prince’s decisions.

Mannok’s Betrayal

I’ve plotted the third book  Mannok’s Betrayal -

Prince Mannok’s marriage against his parent’s wishes triggers palace intrigues and jealous misunderstandings that have tragic consequences. It becomes even clearer that the shadowy and powerful figure behind the attempts to kill the royal family will do everything it takes to destroy them.  Prince Mannok must take on the mantle of rulership and face an impossible dilemma.
I’m working on some final scenes on Mannok’s Betrayal.

Elene’s Promise Trilogy

Finding Elene  and Jared’s Choice

I’ve also written an almost complete book (Finding Elene)  and plotted the next one (Jared’s Choice) in the next trilogy which takes up the story with the next generation.
